Day 7: Watermelon Cooler

Watermelon: 1 cup frozen, cubed.

Strawberries: 1/2 cup.

banana: 1/2 frozen.

Vanilla Yogurt: 2 tablespoons.

Milk: 6-8 ounces.


Consider Adding:

Mint: 2-3 leaves.

Pineapple: 1/2 cup. (sub for strawberries).

Coconut Water: 6-8 ounces. (sub for milk).
