Day 1: Pineapple Banana Blast

Coconut Milk: 6-8 oz.

Frozen Banana: 1 banana.

Frozen Pineapple: 1 cup.

Honey: 1 tablespoon.

Vanilla Extract: 1/2 table spoon.



Bonus: Add a cup of Kale or Spinach, Won't notice the difference, but will experience the benefit! A scoop of vanilla protein powder mixes nicely as well.
