Day 4: Kiwi Strawberry Smash

Strawberries: 1 cup, frozen.

Kiwi: 1 or 2 depending on your preference.

Yogurt: 3 table spoons.

Milk: 6-8 ounces.

Honey: 1 table spoon.


Consider adding:

Protein Powder: 1 scoop.

Banana: 1 banana.

Avocado: 1 avocado.

Pineapple: 1/2 cup, frozen.
